Rang to ask where it is, it's out for delivery 40 minutes later, it still wasn't here, rang again...... It's still not arrived....... Really disappointed we order a lot from this takeaway, never usually have a problem. Not arrived not sure how to get a refund????? It eventually showed up, half the party had gone home, the kids gone to bed, no apology from the driver, no way to get a refund, we order several times a week, but we will probably go somewhere else in future.... I'm gutted we love pizza island but probably won't order again , two hours for a simple order on a Thursday evening, we haven't got a working kitchen at the moment as it's being replaced. What a shame they didn't even offer any refund

"King Kebab" was a few scraggy bits of meat in cold bread. Asked for salad. Got none Food was cold Delivery driver a nice enough bloke. Without tye salad, and considering its a king kebab, really really disappointing
